Inside, there was a large round table with six or seven men and two ladies seated at it. These people are likely to have known Jing Xuan, as some own companies that specialize in web series and others are affiliated with their hobbies.
Jing Xuan was also aware of these two women. Bai Xi is one of them. She is a second-line actor in web dramas who occasionally appears in movies and TV series. This time, the other party wanted to talk about a web drama in which she would play the female lead. The other is a newcomer who has only lately entered the field, took an acting class in college, and should still not have graduated. She’d be the supporting female character in this web drama.

“Come sit down, Xiao Bai. We haven’t seen Boss Wang in a long time. Talk to him more.”
“Mr. Wang, the last time we met was at a little party earlier. Do you still remember me?” Bai Xi asked as she sat down.
Jing Xuan did not respond to her question. He took a step forward and snapped when he saw Bai Xi reach for a cup.
“Sorry, I’m allergic to alcohol. I don’t drink,” he explained.
